As the senior UX Architect I was responsible for developing UX and UI solutions for external and external applications.This included defining and implementing an Agile UX strategy that emphasized close collaboration between designers, developers, and product owners to streamline the handoff from design to code. A core part of the UX process was the ongoing engagement with the development and testing teams, which involved participating in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and product reviews. Design delivery was an integrated part of the process which included testers in the evaluation phase and featured regular iterative alignment meetings with product owners and developers.As part of my role, I also co-managed the development of a comprehensive design system and lead the implementation of an agile UX design process that bridged stakeholder silos, enhancing both efficiency and consistency from design to delivery.

Managed the document management system and IT infrastructure for a Dubai based Architecture firm. Primary responsibility was to define and information architecture for their project management documentation and identify a document management system for the office. I was also responsible for insure that systems and infrastructure were capable of supporting the content and communication management systems within the firm.This included working with external contractors during installation and maintenance of the network and IT systems in the companies new office.

Lecturer in the Bachelor's and MA programs in Interactive Media. I co-designed and delivered the MA in Interactive Media, including leading technical workshops. As part of the program, I also organized a collaborative Mobile Media research project in partnership with Hewlett-Packard Research Labs.

Provided UX Research and Design for a variety of Web and Video conferencing projects. This included documenting and publishing lectures by the Basic Research Institute in Mathematical Sciences and the Internet Research Initiative.I provided research and UX guidelines for the Meccano project, a joint European research program on Video Conferencing systems.
